The module dedicated to quality provides a concise representation concerning the status of the management system highlighting areas where there is the need to take corrective action. The company’s representation is represented both by graphical indicators through tabular analysis that permit the use of different drill-down levels. The strength is represented by a global view of the indicators that shows through the use of the concept “traffic light” which are the areas most critical. The analysis takes advantage of the views created ad-hoc that are generated in the source database.
